HISTORY AND FOCUS

DEG Czech republic a.s. is a commercial and investment company focusing on sales of renewable power technologies, construction and investments into renewable power sources. DEG Czech republic a.s. is a legal successor to Divine Energy s.r.o., which was involved in development of photovoltaic projects for end investors and had been on the market of renewable energy sources since 2008. DEG Czech republic a.s. is an integrated provider of “turn-key” power sources, cooperating with its clients not only during the construction of powerplants, but also during the phase of acquisition of a suitable land plot or PVP project, including the arrangement for funding by financial and credit institutions.

PRESENT

Currently, DEG Czech republic a.s. is under preparation of variety of renewable power sources projects in region of middle Europe.

The Group’s corporate HQ is located in Prague with branches in Písek, Plzeň and Zlín.

Also a plant in Otrokovice focused on production of metal profiles is part of the Group. At present, the entire production capacity is booked for to the production of support systems for photovoltaic powerplants.

COOPERATING ENTITIES

DEG Czech republic a.s. cooperates with, and offers products of world-leading manufacturers in photovoltaic energy, such as Suniva, Evergreen, Solarworld, Satcon, Fluitecnik or Schletter.

The Group has concluded long-term framework agreements with selected producers exceeding CZK 600 mio in value. The construction of photovoltaic powerplants is provided by the subsidiary of DEG Czech republic a.s., SEV energy s.r.o., with over 3 years of experience in construction of photovoltaic sources. DEG Czech republic a.s. is the founding member of the Energy for All foundation – recently, the construction of a school in Zambia was financed, for example.
